Vancouver Island, British Columbia // Part I

[Originally posted on 09.02.18 on my old blog.]

So every time I go on vacation I say that I’m going to make a photo book. But for real this time, I’m going to make a photo book! I’ve been home for two weeks and I’ve already edited my photos and am now blogging them. That for sure has to be a record. You’re probably wondering what vacation I’m talking about…

Well, last month a few friends (Jaime & Mary) and I went to Vancouver, BC to visit my friend Alvina who I met all the way back in 2010 at a photography workshop in Phoenix. I’m so thankful to have friends in far places so I can feel like a “local” while traveling. Thanks so much Alvina for showing us around!! You’re an excellent tour guide.

I have a lot of photos to share so I’m going to split them up into 3 or 4 blog posts. This one consists of the BC Ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo, the Royston Shipwrecks, Goose Spit, Comox Marina and Kye Bay.

But enough talk, here are the photos… {insert drum roll}
